Breakfast Devils Put eggs in sauce pan, cover with water and bring to a boil, cook 10 minutes. Remove from heat and drain water. Put cold water in and 7 Large Eggs . 1/4C Plus Mayo 1/4 C Cheese Shredded+ a few ice cubes as soon as they are cool enough to touch peel the IT for garnish . 1/4 C Bacon Bits, ham bits or two of the egg whites and break them up in the yolks. Add in rest cooked crumbled sausage . Salt and Pepper to taste eggs. Slice in half and pop the yolk out and break up the yolks take of ingredients (if they seem to dry add a little more mayo, about a tsp at a time) and scoop back into Whites Garnish with Cheese.
